This shop is owned by a Marine who saw an opportunity to make a little dough, support a cause, and spread the word. For every t-shirt purchased, he donates a shirt (child appropriate) to the local authorities to assist in clothing those who cannot afford it.
True charity doesn't need the government to flourish. It only needs honorable people to step forth and be good citizens.
