Healthcare bill, page by page

A gentleman by the name of Peter Fleckenstein (Fleckman on Twitter) took the time to read the entire Healthcare bill that was proposed by the Obama administration, unlike your Senators and Congressmen.

Here are his notes...pretty damn scary if you ask me, but the sheeple will be all for it:

• Pg 22 of the HC Bill MANDATES the Govt will audit books of ALL EMPLOYERS that self insure
• Pg 30 Sec 123 of HC bill - THERE WILL BE A GOVT COMMITTEE that decides what treatments/benes you get
• Pg 42 of HC Bill - The Health Choices Commissioner will choose UR HC Benefits 4 you. U have no choice!
• Pg 50 Section 152 in HC bill - HC will be provided 2 ALL non US citizens, illegal or otherwise
• Pg 58 HC Bill - Govt will have real-time access 2 individs finances & a National ID Healthcard will b issued
• Pg 65 Sec 164 is a payoff subsidized plan 4 retirees and their families in Unions & community orgs (ACORN)
• Pg 100 HC Bill Lines 15-19 The govt WILL be using ACORN and other comm. grps to promote & enroll
• Pg 110 Lines 7-12 HC Bill Employment taxes on ALL employers NOT offering Govt HC. No choice
• Pg 354 Sec 1177 - Govt will RESTRICT enrollment of Special needs ppl (WPZ- Thought that's who we were supposed to be helping?!?)  
• Pg 287 Line 14-25 PROOF that Govt will ration HC by mandating waiting periods for readmission.
• pg 198 lines 4-6 HC Bill 5.4% ADDITIONAL TAX on peeps who have income of 1mil+
• Pg 199 Lines 1-4 HC Bill Surtax rates on raised AGAIN on Americans in 2012.
• Pg 434 Section 1234 Military Active, Reservists, Families - If ur not enrolled in Tricare it is mandated.
• Pg 455 Lines 3-4 Govt exempts itself frm Chapter 35, Title 44 Paperwork Reduct & Citizens Privacy Prot. Act

Man, haven't even gotten through 500 pages and I'm ready to go ballistic....Guess I'm going to have to read this myself, if for no other reason but to confirm the things he's posted.  I'll post more later.
