Howeird Dean rides again

In an interview with the Montpelier Times Argus, Howeird Dean claimed that George Bush is the most incompetent president in our lifetime.

Now since Howeird is way older than me, I can't speak to folks prior to Lyndon Johnson, who was amazingly incompetent in the way he led the country into Vietnam and declared a war on the poor. No, not war on poverty, but war on the poor, let's face facts. Since the 'war on poverty' that Johnson declared, our welfare roles have grown exponentially, only reduced in the last 10 years thanks to welfare reform. The destruction that happened in the black community may never be properly measured, but it's there. Look around.

Then there's James Carter. Iran, double digit inflation, double digit interest rates, double digit unemployment. Which part of most incompetent are you missing here? Should I throw in pandering to Fidel, Arafat, Noriega, the Sandinistas, and many others? Yeah, I think that Jimmuh DEFINITELY is in the top two of most incompetent presidents ever.

Not that I think there's another, just that he was so overwhelmingly incompetent that he deserves the top two spots....that's all.

I'm sure Howeird thought long and hard about that answer (about three seconds before saw something shiny...a microphone).
