Nice...

And here we see exactly what Senator Harry Reid thinks of the opinions of over 60% of the American people who do NOT want government run healthcare:

Al Gore III

Doing some followup but why didn't this make news? And I wonder what ever happened to him? I'm sure he did his fair share of jail time, just like any other normal citizen right?

TRUE story of Canadian health care

Wow...and political correctness comes full circle....

So, I'm walking through the drug store, getting my prescription for my crazy-pills filled and I spot a thing of wonder. A thing so amazing I had to take a picture of it with my cell phone. Now, if you know me at all, you'll know that I hate pictures taken with my cell phone because they generally suck and I hate bad quality pictures. But I didn't have a decent camera around and I thought the drugstore folks would frown on me going home specifically to get my camera in order to take a picture of their wondrous product. However, I had to do it.

So, without further ado, here it is, the Barack Hussein Obama Christmas Ornament:

Now, I know what you're thinking. Where would I get such a fantastic item? Well, my understanding is that you can find them all over, complete with the spiffy little electronics that make him speak some liberal pablum when a button is pushed.

My only question is: When did it become politically correct to hang a black man in a tree?

Ah, progress

Or in this case, lack thereof.  Seems that the property seized by the city of New London, Connecticut for use by Pfizer in the landmark Supreme Court case that decided private land could be seized by the government and given to other private developers, if the city determines there was "blight"...even when there wasn't.

The worst part is, now, after so many years...the land is still vacant.

The city has seized the land, razed the home, and set aside the land for Pfizer, who has closed their operations in New London.

Be a whore to a corporation and the only thing you end up getting is screwed.

Media malpractice

More malpractice from the media:  Attacks on Rush Limbaugh, who is part of a group that wants to purchase the St. Louis Rams have been a regular item on MSNBC, but since they have about 10 viewers world-wide, it's not really an issue that they use outright falsehoods upon which to base their attacks.  However, other media outlets are now picking them up which are based upon quotes attributed to him, which have long since been debunked as 100% false.  Of course, Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton, who are pure race-baiting charlatans, making their millions (yes, millions) on the blackmail of American companies, threatening to strike or boycott or hold a press conference in front of their headquarters, have picked these attacks up and added to them.

Good to know that the media is as incompetent and lazy as the Dimwitocrats that they support.

Just to set the record straight, the racist quotes that I'll not repeat here because they don't need to be repeated, have NOT been quotes from Rush Limbaugh, but rather they were made up by some idiot who wrote a book that probably sold about 100 copies or so, and probably all in Berkeley CA.  They've long since been de-bunked and no one has EVER been able to come up with any quotes, sound-bites, or actual REAL evidence of Rush making racist statements.  Pretty difficult to do, since the guy broadcasts a 3 hour radio show 5 days a week and has for going on about 22 years now.  Plus speeches, public appearances and a short running TV show, and you can't find ANYTHING to bust him on?  You have to make stuff up?

Thanks to Erick at Redstate.com, here's some actual, attributed, well-sourced quotes from folks who are actually racists:

THE TOTALLY REAL AND NOT FAKE QUOTES SHENANIGANZA TOP TEN
10. Democrat Fritz Hollings of South Carolina thinks being from Africa makes you a cannibal: "You'd find these potentates from down in Africa, you know, rather than eating each other, they'd just come up and get a good square meal in Geneva."
9. Howard Dean reaches out: "I still want to be the candidate for guys with Confederate flags in their pickup trucks."
8. California Democrat Diane Watson thinks interracial marriage is icky: "He's married to a white woman. He wants to be white. He wants a colorless society. He has no ethnic pride. He doesn't want to be black."
7. Howard Dean thinks service positions are for minorities, not big fancy white people: "You think the Republican National Committee could get this many people of color in a single room? ... Only if they had the hotel staff in here."
6. Joe Biden explains why southern Democrats should vote for him: "My state was a slave state."
5. "Conscience of the Senate" and former Klansman Robert Byrd on equal opportunity: "I've seen a lot of white n*ggers in my time.
4. Hillary Clinton does an impression (complete with accent) of an African-American man who didn't know what Emily's List was: "She's supportin' all these people. She's supportin' Sen. Dianne Feinstein . She's supported Sen. Barbara Boxer . . . She supported everybody. Why won't she support me?"
3. Democratic Mayor of New Orleans Ray Nagin denies that white people might live in New Orleans: "I don't care what people are saying Uptown or wherever they are. This city will be chocolate at the end of the day.""
2. Democrat Steny Hoyer reviews Michael Steele's career: "[He has] a career of slavishly supporting the Republican Party."
1. Then Senator Joe Biden fills us in on who works at convenience stores: "You cannot go to a 7-11 or a Dunkin' Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent ... I'm not joking."

Nobel Crackhead prize

Apparently the folks on the Nobel Prize committee are passing the crack-pipe pretty heavily.  See, The Obamessiah hadn't even been in office two weeks before the deadline for nomination, and YET, he did enough in that two weeks and the time during his campaign to warrant the award.

I'm not sure exactly what the hell he did exactly, other than a helluval lot of lying, but it seems that was enough.

However, in honor of this awarding to only the 3rd sitting US president, let's take a look at the elite company he's keeping  (Stolen from this blog, posted :

Yassir Arafat: This would be the man who diverted billions of dollars into his own Swiss bank accounts that was intended for the Palestinian people. Not only that, but the money that DID happen to get to them, was siphoned off by Hamas, the PLO, Hizbullah, and al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade to be used to kill Israeli's among others. Yep, he deserved the award.

Mikhail Gorbachev: While Gorby was being bitchslapped by Reagan at Reykjavik, he still had the KGB torturing and killing civilians during his rule. He also kept the Afghan war going for longer and was the first Soviet leader to send troops to Chechnya. He also threatened to squash any revolutions in the Soviet bloc, although by that time, he lacked any power to actually do it.

Jimmy Carter: While never really having been responsible for wars directly, Jimmuh is fully responsible for the beginning of the latest wave of Islamic facism by not stepping up and siding with the Shah of Iran. He may have been a dictator, but he was OUR dictator, and a helluva lot better than the guys who followed, one of which is now pursuing nukes and leading the country. He's sided with Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez, Augusto Pinochet, Ferdinand Marcos, Manuel Noriega and others...all brutal dictators in their various countries. But yeah, his interests are peace.

Kofi Annan: Kofi has presided over what can only be described as the largest scandal in the history of the world, but yet, it never made the mainstream media. The oil for food scandal, where various bureaucrats were paid off, or were able to buy and resell items to Saddam Hussein is in the billions of dollars, but has it been on the front page of the NY Slimes? Washington Post? Nah.
We also have Al 'I never met a private jet I didn't like' Gore, whose jetting around the world telling people not to jet around the world seems to be a bit hypocritical to me, but I could be wrong. Here's a guy who apparently thinks that while it's ok for him to eat enough food to feed a small country, but yet needs to tell farmers to stop using pesticides and insecticides because they pollute the land. Al, if they stop, there won't be enough food for you AND the rest of the world,

So, all told, I guess this was a pretty appropriate award after all, lumping The Obamessiah in with criminals and con-artists.

Obama's dream citizen

Detroit citizens lined up to apply for stimulus money without any sort of knowledge of what the money was truly for yesterday.  Some had the mistaken thought that they were going to get a $3,000 stimulus check, which obviously not correct.  Ken Rogulski, from the local ABC radio affiliate, WJR, interviewed a woman who was obviously well versed on how the government works:

Ken Rogulski, Channel 4 WJR News

ROGULSKI: Did you get an application to fill out yet?

WOMAN: I sure did. And I filled it out, and I am waiting to see what the results are going to be.

ROGULSKI: Will you know today how much money you're getting?

WOMAN: No, I won't, but I'm waiting for a phone call.

ROGULSKI: Where's the money coming from?

WOMAN: I believe it's coming from the City of Detroit or the state.

ROGULSKI: Where did they get it from?

WOMAN: Some funds that was forgiven (sic) by Obama.

ROGULSKI: And where did Obama get the funds?

WOMAN: Obama getting the funds from... Ummm, I have no idea, to tell you the truth. He's the president.

Liberals ok with sex with children?

Whoopi Goldberg came to the defense of Roman Polanski, who in 1977 raped had sex with a 13 year old girl after giving her alcohol and drugs.  He was recently arrested in Switzerland and is being extradited to the US to face the indictment that has been outstanding in the US since 1978.  Whoopi said that what Polanski did was not "rape rape", establishing apparent different levels of rape within the crime.  So, would Whoopi be ok with Mr. Polanski living with her and her 14 year old?  Uh:  "We're a different kind of society, we see things differently ... would I want my 14-year-old having sex with somebody? Not necessarily, no."  So, as long as it's someone else's kid, it's not rape-rape.

And then we have the case of Kevin Jennings, President Obamessiah's safe school czar (there's an irony if I've ever heard one), unapologetically encouraged a homosexual relationship between a fifteen year old boy and much older man who, the boy reported to Jennings, picked the boy up in a bus station bathroom and promptly took the boy home.  Jennings threatened to sue another teacher for libel who called his failure to report the statutory rape, unethical.

Why isn't this being reported in the major media?  Yes, it's all corporatized media, but let's face it, protecting the Obamessiah seems to be their cause, rather than exposing his appointments as the frauds, charlatans and snake-oil salesmen that they are.  Look at it this way, were this a Bush appointment, do you think that NBC, CBS, ABC, and pMSNBC would have completely ignored this story?

Yeah, I didn't think so.  No wonder the Obama administration is ok with a newspaper bailout.  It's not like the government doesn't already own them anyway.

The audio is pretty mushy, but you can hear it if you listen:

Obama in Afghanistan

I wonder if any of these guys get how ironic their comments are today.  Barack Obama said that he would consult his generals and trust their advice during the election.  Now that he's on the hook for it, he wants to reevaluate the recommendations of his generals, despite his previous statements.  And he's afraid that his hard-left supporters are going to leave him if he puts 40k troops on the ground.

Apparently, I'm a racist....

At least according to Jimmuh Carter, the smartest man ever to hold the presidency, because I oppose ObamaCare, I am a racist.  Those of us who don't want to see our government grow any larger and control any more of the economy than it already does, we're racists because we're disagreeing with something that a black man has presented. Since I disagreed with Colin Powell's advice to President HW Bush to NOT decimate the Iraqi army and go into Iraq in 1991 during Desert Storm, that must also prove I'm a racist.  Additionally, just to make sure that we cover all the bases, my best friend, who is Puerto Rican, loves Notre Dame, and wouldn't piss on a Domer (Golden Domer...Notre Dame student/fan) if they were on fire...I must be a racist.

But what about all those left-wing anti-war types who disagreed with Condoleeza Rice's assertions that we needed to be in Iraq and that we were doing the right thing?  Are they NOT racists because the face of the decision-making was President Bush?  They consistently argue that W was an idiot and his advisors were doing all the decision making, so essentially, Secretary Rice was making the decisions, so are they racist for disagreeing with her?
How about Teddy Kennedy?  Was he a racist for nearly submarining the nomination of Clarence Thomas?  He didn't have the intellectual firepower to disagree with Justice Thomas' opinions, so he had to attack him on a personal level.  Wouldn't that smell of racism far more than those of us who are opposed to President Obama's plan based upon actual facts?

What bothers me the most is that these idiots who use the term 'racist' at every turn, take away the power that the word used to have.  It used to be, if someone was declared a racist, it was because they either wore those hated white sheets or could have easily fit into them.  He or she had no issue with the declaration that one race was superior to another either by words or actions.  However, with the use of the word reduced to an everyday accusation, it loses its power.  It's a lot like the 'f' word.  When you hear Eddie Murphy or George Carlin use it, it's almost like just another word.  But when Jerry Seinfeld uses it, everyone stops and is agape.

I think essentially, these people who pretend to be concerned about racism, are essentially hurting their own efforts by throwing out that word for every single situation where a person of one race disagrees with a person of another.  That's not racist, that's being a human being.  We don't all agree and we shouldn't.

Dictionary definition of a racist is someone who believes that one race is superior or inferior to another.  Notice, it does not identify the racist as having to be white, despite what the mainstream media reports.

From GunAlerts.com

'CZAR' Sunstein Once Step Closer to Gun Control
Gun Owners and Supporters of the Second Amendment:

An inept, inexperienced and dangerous Obama White House actively skips around the safe guards for cabinet positions with its "CZAR" appointments. It has nominated embattled Harvard University law professor Cass R. Sunstein as the president's nominee to head the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. Sunstein misfired one time too many in public statements and once again another Obama CZAR is suffering from self inflicted wounds.

A videotape has surfaced of a lecture Mr. Sunstein gave on Oct. 23, 2007. Here is what he said: "My coming view is that the individual right to bear arms reflects the success of an extremely aggressive and resourceful social movement and has much less to do with good standard legal arguments than [it] appears."

Discussing the anti-gun laws in the District of Columbia, he said a critic of such strict gun control would say that a "trigger lock interferes with his efforts at self-defense against criminals. What on Earth does that have to do with the Second Amendment as originally understood?"

Discussing the anti-gun laws in the District of Columbia, he said a critic of such strict gun control would say that a "trigger lock interferes with his efforts at self-defense against criminals. What on Earth does that have to do with the Second Amendment as originally understood?"

Mr. Sunstein has been assuring Second Amendment advocates, including key Republican Sen. Saxby Chambliss of Georgia, that he strongly believes the Constitution protects an individual right to bear arms.

There's no wiggle room in that statement, and Sen. Chambliss dropped his hold on the nomination based on Mr. Sunstein's assurances. But it turns out that the professor has held a certain contempt for the very viewpoint he suddenly claims to espouse.

Sunstein said, "My tentative suggestion is that the individual right to have guns as it's being conceptualized now is best taken as a contemporary creation and a reflection of current fears - not a reading of civic-centered founding debates."

Sunstein's overt hostility to the idea that the Constitution protects an individual's right to bear arms, including self-defense, is outrageous. This is clearly part of an Obama Gun Attack Plan by somebody whose job might entail weighing in on the value of anti-gun regulations. It makes his personal assurances that he is a Second Amendment supporter completely disingenuous.

The anti-gun Obama White House is hiding Sunstein's extreme view on gun control and will likely continue to inexplicably stand by him.

Is this just another amateurish mistake by an immature White House that is yet to get weaned or part of the Anti-Gun agenda that Obama lied about during the campaign? Presidential candidate, Obama deliberately and repeatedly lied to America's 90 million gun owners across the country when he insisted that he would not try to take away anyone's firearms? Not hardly and CCRKBA has been sounding the alarm for a year and this appointment expands the Obama gun attack plan.

Attorney General Holder Revealed The Obama Gun Attack Plan Lie

Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder revealed the President's plan to seek to reinstate the ban on semi-automatic firearms and said Obama "knew he was lying to the nation because his own website touted his plan to revive the gun ban and make it permanent."

CCRKBA warned America that Obama's 'support' for the Second Amendment was empty rhetoric. Holder's disclosure has confirmed it. Obama was lying, and now gun rights may be dying.

Lies Prove "CZAR's" Don't Fall Far From the Presidential Tree

Mr. Sunstein said, "My tentative suggestion is that the individual right to have guns as it's being conceptualized now is best taken as a contemporary creation and a reflection of current fears - not a reading of civic-centered founding debates."

Mr. Sunstein's overt hostility to the idea that the Constitution protects an individual right to bear arms, including for purposes of self-defense, is not something that should be welcomed from somebody whose job might entail weighing in on the value of anti-gun regulations. It also makes his more recent assurances that he is a Second Amendment stalwart seem rather disingenuous, at the very least.

This sounds just Obama's friend Van Jones when he flatly said in his statement that he did not agree with reports about him and said "it certainly does not reflect my views, now or ever." What is this straight out of the Obama White House play book on how to deny your past?

Remember

Eight years ago, I was sitting in my office when my friend and co-worker, Sandy came into my office and said "They're saying a plane ran into the World Trade Center"...Immediately my mind went to some idiot in a two-seater Cessna, taking their friend on a tour of Manhattan, losing control and running into the building.  I didn't pay any more attention until she came in and said it was a big plane.  I went to CNN.com and saw the initial pictures of the smoke and fire and thought "How the heck does a commercial airliner hit the biggest building in Manhattan?".  After the second crash, it was obvious to everyone that it was a planned attack.

Emotions in the plant where I worked were pretty high that day and people left early to go home to be with their families.  People suggested that we give blood, if for no other reason but to feel like you're making a difference.  Being far away from the tragedy made us all feel like we had to do something, but none of us had any idea what to do.  So many went to church to pray and fellowship.  Still others found other methods of giving back and joined the military.  I personally called the prior-service recruiter that I knew and asked what I had to do in order to get back in my beloved Corps and get back to blowing things up.  Paperwork was drawn up and I was ready to go.  Then I talked to my wife, who convinced me that it was time to let go, for the younger guys to do this and my responsibilities at home precluded any overseas service.

My daughter, who was five at the time, didn't really understand what was going on (for that matter most of the adults didn't either) but asked poignant questions:  "Why would they kill people they don't know?", "Why do they hate America?", "Do you think there were any kids on those planes or in that building?".
It was tough to answer her without getting angry or choked up, knowing that her heart was breaking for those people.  For a long time, my kids didn't like me travelling for work, for fear that someone would run the plane into a building again.  I assured them every time that if anyone tried to run a plane into a building that I was on, it would be the worst decision they'd ever made.

But for a short time, we were all Americans.  White, black, hispanic, gay, straight, woman, man, liberal, conservative...it didn't matter.  We all felt the pang in our hearts and knew that we'd been attacked for our beliefs.  Beliefs that made these murdering scumbags hate us.  Freedom, individual liberties, and equality.  Women allowed to work, be successful, make their own choices.  Anyone of any religion can be successful, and have the freedom to make their own choices, not tied to the commands of a religious leader.  These freaks didn't realize that no matter how many buildings they destroy, they'd never change that.  We're America.  We don't care about buildings.  Knock one down, we'll build another one in its place, twice as big and just as bad-ass, because that's what we do.  We just perservere, we just work, we just keep going.  And we remember.

Remember.

Testify brother

Congressman Joe Wilson caused a bit of a stir in the Capital building last night, calling President Obamessiah a liar on national TV during his national 'come to Jesus' meeting about national healthcare reform. This outburst was shortly after President Obamessiah stated that his plan would not allow illegal aliens free access to healthcare (oh, kinda like they already have in ERs everywhere?).
Immediately, news outlets everywhere jumped on the back of Wilson, calling his outburst "unacceptable","inappropriate", and I'm sure much worse in the nutroots blogosphere of the left.

Of course, these news outlets didn't bother to examine the actual bill that is currently being presented that has absolutely no identification requirements that prove that the recipient of the healthcare is a citizen. In fact, some areas of it work to obscure the person's citizenship.

Once again, instead of accepting the pablum fed to you by the puppet-media, think for yourself.

"Who controls the past now controls the future
Who controls the present now controls the past
Who controls the past now controls the future
Who controls the present now?"
- Testify, Rage Against the Machine (taken from '1984')
Funny that Rage Against the Machine wrote that about the Bush administration, but it's oh so much more appropriate for this administration.

Saving Healthcare

ABC and NBC have refused to air this advertisement. Think they would have refused money from George Soros or Code Pink to air an ad against anything that George Bush proposed?

Yeah, not in a million years.

Funny thing is, this is actually a pretty tame ad. It doesn't get even close to telling all the negative things that would happen if Obamacare passes.

Obama's buddies making some dough

So, a couple days ago it was published that George Soros had just invested $811 million in Petrobras, a Brazilian oil company and that the government had just loaned Brazil $2 billion for petroleum exploration.  All that while the petroleum industry in the US suffers thanks to regulatory oppression and environmentalist whackjobs.  Unemployment in the US petroleum industry soars, while we throw $2 billion to Brazil and also allow a hedge fund manager (Hey, I thought hedge funds were evil) that happened to donate millions of dollars to groups that support him to profit.  Yeah, that's change I can believe in.

And now a published report by AP of all people, usually hard-core in the tank for Obama, shows that several groups that supported Obama during the election, stand to profit from his health-care reform proposals.

Shocking.

But remember, no lobbyists or big corporations will have any influence in this presidency.

TRUE health care reform

Instead of throwing out the baby with the bathwater, as has been proposed by the Obamatons, and the government taking over a full 1/7th (or perhaps larger portion by now) of our economy, we should approach this problem from a different standpoint.

No one is arguing that there aren't some issues with our current system, as no system in the world is perfect.  However, the World Health Organization's (WHO) ranking of the American system as 32nd in the world is obviously bogus.  It also includes statistics such as who pays for the health care and whether the government pays for poor.  Obviously, anyone who has an axe to grind like WHO would do their best to make systems that don't run the way they think they should look badly.

But putting the collectivist, socialist idiots aside, here are some ways that John Mackey, CEO of Whole Foods Inc, a company where 89% of their employees are covered by their health care plan, has proposed to help fix the current system:

  • Equalize the tax laws so that employer-provided health insurance and individually owned health insurance have the same tax benefits. Now employer health insurance benefits are fully tax deductible, but individual health insurance is not. This is unfair.
  •  Repeal all state laws which prevent insurance companies from competing across state lines. We should all have the legal right to purchase health insurance from any insurance company in any state and we should be able use that insurance wherever we live. Health insurance should be portable.
  •  Repeal government mandates regarding what insurance companies must cover. These mandates have increased the cost of health insurance by billions of dollars. What is insured and what is not insured should be determined by individual customer preferences and not through special-interest lobbying.
  • Enact tort reform to end the ruinous lawsuits that force doctors to pay insurance costs of hundreds of thousands of dollars per year. These costs are passed back to us through much higher prices for health care.
  •  Make costs transparent so that consumers understand what health-care treatments cost. How many people know the total cost of their last doctor's visit and how that total breaks down? What other goods or services do we buy without knowing how much they will cost us?
  •  Enact Medicare reform. We need to face up to the actuarial fact that Medicare is heading towards bankruptcy and enact reforms that create greater patient empowerment, choice and responsibility.
  • Finally, revise tax forms to make it easier for individuals to make a voluntary, tax-deductible donation to help the millions of people who have no insurance and aren't covered by Medicare, Medicaid or the State Children's Health Insurance Program.
Rather than completely throwing away the good with the bad of the current system, these changes would be much simpler to implement and much more acceptable to a large majority of the people.  Why not try incremental fixes instead of a full-on government take-over?

And please someone try to tell me that the government isn't trying to take over the health-care system.  Make sure you share whatever drugs you're taking before you do so, since I'll need to be as mind-altered as you are to believe it.

Healthcare fact o' the day

More from Erick at Redstate.com:

The "Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009? imposes a "surtax," or income tax increase, on all Americans making $280,000 a year or more.  Under the bill, those making $280,000 ($350,000 for couples) will have their taxes increased by 1 percentage point, those making $400,000 ($500,000 for couples) by 1.5 percentage points, and those making more than $800,000 ($1 million for couples) by 5.4 percentage points.

This would make the top marginal federal tax rate 40.4% - the highest it has been since the Clinton years. If President Obama keeps his promise to let the Bush tax cuts expire (which he reiterated at a Portsmouth, NH town hall on Tuesday) that top marginal rate will increase to 45% - the highest it has been since the Reagan tax cuts of 1986.

If a review in 2013 by the Congressional Budget Office determines the health care overhaul has failed to save at least $175 billion, the bill provides for an automatic doubling of the tax increases on the lower two of those three incomes.

Further, with state income taxes rising across the country, this surtax and automatic 2013 increase would put the top combined federal-state income tax rates in over half of all states at 50% or more.

Tuesday, August 11, 2009

Well, I think I figured it out

Bill Clinton is celebrating his 63rd birthday in Las Vegas while his wife, Hillary, makes friends in the Congo.  I'm betting there was some lamp-throwing in that discussion, but it definitely clears up why it is that she's so bitchy.....

Healthcare reform fact o' the day

Today's inconvenient fact comes directly from the bill itself, as opposed to the majority of what Our Dear Leader spouts from his pie-hole in his lies to the American people.

Thanks to Erick at Redstate.com for doing the research and finding this.
The Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee's "Affordable Health Choices Act" contains an "employer mandate," or a legal requirement that all American businesses with 25 or more employees offer health insurance to their workers.  The penalty for failing to comply with this mandate to offer employees health insurance is a $750 fine per full time worker per year.
In 2008, employer-provided insurance policies averaged $4,704 a year for individuals and $12,680 for families, according to the Kaiser Family Foundation. This means employers would be able to save $4,000 per worker (or $12,000 per family) by ending their employee health benefit programs and simply paying the federal government the fine.
Source: Senate HELP Committee bill fact sheet, pp. 7-8.

So, are you SURE that this will HELP small businesses Mr. President or are you just spewing your own propaganda?

Why is it that no one is questioning the intelligence of a president that obviously doesn't know his own positions or the bills that his own staff has put together?  Oh, yeah, because he's a Dimwitocrat and not named Bush.

Manchurian Candidate anyone?

Obama's Ministry of Truth/Thought Police

So now, as if bold-faced lying to the public isn't enough, the White House wants their supporters (or the retards who aren't smart enough to realize that it's facist to do so) to report those who oppose their view of the health care debate if they use a fact or figure that doesn't quite jive with the White House version of things.  If you go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/Facts-Are-Stubborn-Things/ you'll see that they post an email where "concerned citizens" can report such 'misinformation', making sure that the public debate is on the up and up.

Really?  We want a public debate now?  I thought the Obamatons really only wanted their way and nothing else.  No discussion, you won remember?  There was to be no opposition because, let's face it, the American people wanted socialism, right?  This is the same group who would not allow opposing positions to be broadcast during their day-long suckfest/infomercial with ABC.  This is the same group who has to PAY people to show up to town hall meetings and to write letters, yet people who oppose them must be organized and are generally just uninformed mobs.  And yet, they want those of us who oppose them to be reported to this 'ministry of truth'-esque governmental organization?

And the most twisted part is that the page never actually references the actual bill in congress, it only refers to the lies that our president is telling people to their faces.  So, perhaps in Obamessiah's mind, these things are not part of his proposal, but read the damn bill Mr. PretendPresident.  It's there.  I promise.  Or have Michelle read it to you, since she seems to be the smarter of the two of you (and that's not saying much).  Or have that idiot wise-latina you just screwed the Supreme Court with read it to you.  Try to get her to say 'cabron' as much as George Lopez during a stand-up though...it'd be a good drinking game.

Soldier teaches about the Constitution

It's funny (in a depressing way) that many of our best scholars on the constitution and what it really says have put their lives on the line to defend that constitution, while many of the people we elect to "protect and defend the constitution of the United States of America" (direct quote from their oath), choose to ignore it.

I said it before and I'll say it again....

Bill Maher is an f-ing idiot.

Kalamazoo's new police chief not enforcing laws

To be fair, he's not disregarding all laws, only the ones that he personally doesn't seem to agree with.  Let's face it, there are certain laws we all disagree with and would rather not comply with.  Speed limits are my personal bane, but everyone has theirs.  Some are victimless crimes, some aren't.

Chief Jeffrey Hadley, of the Kalamazoo Public Safety department has decided that his crusade against lawbreakers, would exclude illegal immigrants.  He has put out a memo to his officers that they have "no interest in enforcing federal immigration laws".  Funny, I thought that police officers had interest in enforcing all laws.  His excuse for allowing individuals in the city of Kalamazoo to escape prosecution for violation of federal statute is because he believes that if you enforce these laws, you create a subset of individuals who "live in the shadows" who are no longer protected by laws.  If they are victims, they're less likely to report these violations as well.

Ok, Chief, I'll play your silly game.  I'll match your strawman with several of my own:

1.  Since we're afraid of creating individuals living in the shadows, let's not enforce prostitution laws either.  Face it, prostitutes are victims of assault, rape, and murder at a much higher statistical probability than your average American.  And they're much less likely to report the crimes against them (several studies have shown both of these to be accurate, this isn't just me pulling stats outta my ass) because often these crimes are part of the prostitution act and they're afraid of being prosecuted for it.  If you stop enforcing those laws, you'll take these people out of the shadows, making sure that there is justice for everyone, not just the people who don't pay for sex.
2.  Also, let's not enforce drug laws.  There are frequent deals where a seller represents their product as extremely potent and when the buyer gets home and consumes the product, finding out that it's half oregano.  When someone is defrauded like this in the non-drug community, they have a claim in civil court or sometimes criminal courts.  However, when drug laws are involved these individuals who went into the transactions with trusting intent, must merely accept that they were stolen from and either accept it or seek out other forms of justice outside of the law.  If Chief Hadley stopped enforcing drug laws, these individuals would be able to pursue justice through the legal system, rather through street justice, cutting down the street violence as well as taking these users out of the shadows.

The only question I really have for Chief Hadley though is exactly who put him in charge of deciding which laws would be enforced and which ones would not.  I'm not a lawyer, I'm not a cop.  But it was my understanding that it was the job of the police officers to enforce the laws, and the COURTS to decide what sorts of laws would be punishable by time, by fines, or by probation.  It's not the job of the cops to decide what laws will be enforced and what ones have not.

A gentleman by the name of Peter Fleckenstein (Fleckman on Twitter) took the time to read the entire Healthcare bill that was proposed by the Obama administration, unlike your Senators and Congressmen.

How to Catch Wild Pigs

This comes to me by way of an old friend...Thanks Jeannine.

A chemistry professor in a large college overheard a discussion between several students about the benefits of the government takeover of industry, healthcare, the banking system, and other areas that used to be free market. The students were primarily for the government taking over the systems saying that the free market only took advantage of the citizenry, and they needed protection. One particular student stood firm and rallied against government intervention.

Just when it looked like that student would lose hope and go back to his experiment, the chemistry professor, who was originally from Poland and lived there during WWII as well as the Iron Curtain spoke up.

"Do you know how to catch wild pigs?", he asked. The students thought it was a joke, and waited for the punchline. "No, really, do you know how to catch wild pigs?", he asked again.

The students looked at each other with a quizzical look and all shook their heads no.

"You catch wild pigs by finding a suitable place in the woods and putting corn on the ground. The pigs find it and begin to come everyday to eat the free corn. When they are use to coming every day, you put a fence down one side of the place where they are used to coming. When they get use to the
fence, they begin to eat the corn again and you put up another side of the fence. They get use to that and start to eat again. You continue until you have all four sides of the fence up with a gate in the last side. The pigs, who are used to the free corn, start to come t hr ough the gate to eat, you slam the gate on them and catch the whole herd."

"Suddenly, the wild pigs have lost their freedom. They run around and around inside the fence, but they are caught. Soon they go back to eating the free corn. They are so used to it that they have forgotten how to forage in the woods for themselves, so they accept their captivity."

The the professor then told the students that is exactly what he sees happening to America . The government keeps pushing us toward socialism and keeps spreading the free corn out in the form of programs such as supplemental income, tax credit for unearned income, tobacco subsidies, dairy subsidies, payments not to plant crops (CRP), welfare, medicine, drugs, etc.. While we continually lose our freedoms -- just a little at a time.

One should always remember: There is no such thing as a free lunch!

Also, a politician will never provide a service for you cheaper than you can do it yourself

A Free Iran? Only if we're lucky

The Obamessiah and his ilk have said that they don't want to get involved in the Iranian 'situation' because it would complicate our relationship with Iran whomever ends up leading the country in the end.

That's a fantastic method of change and leadership.  Thanks guys, glad to know that being a pussy is what it takes to be 'respected' on the world stage.  Personally, I'd rather be hated and take a principled stand against oppression and support those who are protesting the staged elections.  But, that's me.

For those of you who have actually been following this stuff, here's an interesting pic, obviously in reference to the young Iranian woman who was merely standing at the sidelines of a protest and was shot and killed.  Meanwhile, Obama takes the girls for ice cream and gets massive air time.  Not sure who put it together, but I'm a fan:

And here's a link to a page the video of the woman(* It is not for the faint of heart)

And finally, here's a link to the hard-hitting journalism that the mainstream media is covering.  Man, I'm so glad that they're out there making sure the information is being reported.  I wouldn't have known what to do had I not known that Sasha Obama doesn't like whipped cream.

Below is the video of the shooting (or rather, the bleeding and dying).  I warn you again, it is NOT for the squeamish:

Bumper sticker humor

Sometimes someone says things in a way that is so succinct, precise, and on the money that it just works for me.  My friend John, whom I have known since about 3rd or 4th grade recently shared a couple with me and I had to share them with you:

"White, straight, (gun-owning...I added that one)Republican Male.  How else can I piss you off today?"

"Republicans:  We work hard, so you don't have to".

Open letter to ABC

Dear Biased Scumbags,
To spend an couple hours a day during your newscasts fellating the latest Obama proposal and all those who worship the ground he walks upon is one thing.  But to spend an entire day on your knees in front of The Chosen One and his minions of evil boggles the mind.  I can't even see MSNBC proposing something requiring that much chapstick.  Make sure Charlie Gibson packs his industrial strength kneepads so as to not need to participate in the Obama healthcare plan for a knee replacement.
For you to not even allow honest debate to occur during this critical time in the development of a health care strategy for our nation is reminiscent of Soviet-style politics:  It's a free election, but only one candidate.  I suppose that being wed to Disney, you're getting used to the dictatorial-style of leadership, what with Disney's iron-fisted rule of their talent, so this probably seems normal to you.  What's amusing is that ESPN (another one of your Disney bretheren) actually got rid of that idiot Olberman for being precisely the arrogant dick that would pull such a stunt, and yet, here you are, doing it.

Well, welcome to the blocked setting on my remote control.  I'll miss Lost and Grey's Anatomy, and to a lesser extent Desperate Housewives (any chance to see Terri Hatcher in a towel, I'm there), but my principles are firm....principles, you remember those right?  No?  Look it up in Wikipedia.

Anyway, enjoy the fellatio-fest, I'll send a box of chapstick to your news office to help with condition following your "special" event.

Regards,

Big Johnson

--------------------------
Ok, maybe I was a little harsh, but here's a version that you can probably send and not feel the crushing sensation that you're being as big a dick as me:

This entire program is a joke.  For ABC to spend a day worshiping the ground that the Obama administration walks upon is a disgrace to a once-proud news organization.
As for Government run health care, take one visit to a VA and talk to the veterans whose lives depend on the shoddy care that is provided and see how well the government does with the small amount of health care they already screw up.  Look at Medicaid and tell me that the government can do better than private insurance.

Just because the Obama administration THINKS they're the smartest people in the room, doesn't make it so.

Thank you for being complicit in turning the United States of American into the United Socialist States of America.  I love Lost and Grey's Anatomy, but will no longer be watching them out of protest of your ridiculous bias in this issue.  To not even allow an alternative viewpoint to be presented is offensive and fascist and I will not support a network that works in that manner.

Disgraceful.

More video love

As those of you who have read this blog for a while can tell, I've been too busy to really put together one of my typical rants.  But the nice thing is that the media has been so generous to provide plenty of fodder for me to throw out in video format to pretty much make my case for me without my having to spend the hour or so it takes me to compose and research some of my work.

pMSNBC's Contessa Brewer must have missed her Pamprin prior to this interview with John Ziegler, the creator of the movie, Media Malpractice, which is available at Howobamagotelected.com.  What I really like is that he laughs and smiles throughout the entire interview, pointing out pMSNBC's bias and history and she gets get more and more angry.
She asks a question and blatantly ignores the answer as well as any common sense as to her question.  Why did Sarah Palin get upset at David Letterman's joke about her 14 year old daughter getting knocked up by A-Roid (no, I did NOT misspell his nickname) at Yankee Stadium?  Really?  Does that question even make sense?  See the stupidity for yourself:

Then, Elmer Fudd...uh..I mean, Barney Fwank goes on CNBC to discuss his proposal to limit ALL executive compensation and gets bitchy when questioned and throws up the typical "well, something is better than the nothing you want to do" argument that liberals love to use.  Perhaps Barney missed his Pamprin as well:

Finally, a bit of a palate cleanser.  For Matthew.

Job losses with stimulus

Interesting note:  Obama's so-called experts predicted that if we didn't pass the stimulus that unemployment would exceed 8%.  He also said that they were going to "create or save" 3 million jobs over the next 2 years.  Seems Mr. Teleprompter and his band of merry men would have been better off leaving the economy the hell alone.

The unemployment rate was announced for last month at 9.3% and job losses from last month were actually increased.  Yet the number of jobs supposedly SAVED by "The Porkulus" kept this number from increasing even more, according to these experts.

So, let's see if I understand this:  These idiots were wrong in the first place, yet they want us to continue to believe them because they say that this huge amount of money that the federal government has saved an imaginary number of jobs that they pulled out of their asses, just to make us think that they know what they're doing.  Despite the fact that the unemployment rate has gone past the number they predicted WITHOUT the stimulus, with it.

Golly gee Obamessiah, whatever will you do to help us next?

Tell you what, if this is what the liberals who think that the government is the be-all and end-all for the economy think is helping, please don't help me.  I'll get by on my own.  And I'd think that the newly unemployed whose jobs were supposed to be "saved" would probably begin to agree now.

Media blows Obama...again....

If there's anyone out there that doesn't actually believe that the media is 100% in the tank for Obama, please, educate me as to what drugs you're taking in order to live in such a fantasy world.  I may need those very same drugs to keep from throttling idiots over the next 3.5 years.  At least now, they've given up their charade of attempting to appear non-biased and are now telling us what they really think:

Just a few videos

First, the slimy, fat-ass, scumbag John Murtha, protesting a wee bit too much about a probing question:

Then, the new appointee to the Supreme Court, who apparently cannot speak for herself is told not to answer any questions, when asked about Newt Gingrich's comments about racism being retracted.  Nice to know she's so well spoken:

And finally, Senator Slimy Reid, who has to approve of the aforementioned Supreme Court nominee, apparently will let Obama do all his thinking for him, since he's going to face a huge re-election challenge.  Nope, he's too busy attending fundraisers to actually read anything that Judge Sotomayor has written.  Nice....

GM = Government Motors

I worked for GM back quite a while ago as a contractor.  Even during that time, when they had cut back considerably on their perks and the like, they were affectionately referred to as "Generous Mothers" because of their ability to give out some of the best employee benefits in the world.  And when you worked for GM, you were taken care of, no matter whether you were the lowest man on the totem pole, or the CEO, you knew that saying you worked for GM would carry some weight when negotiating something.
During the time I worked for them, the economy slowed and they cut a large number of their contractors, but never any employees.  I was lucky enough to be one of those contractors and it started a process in my life that led me to where I am now.  I say lucky because I am in an industry where I will rarely have to worry about job security (IT Security...there will ALWAYS be bad guys to fight) largely thanks to the self-introspection caused by their cuts and my ensuing unemployment.  Even when I was cut, I felt a certain loyalty to them as they were always good to me and treated me like an equal, despite being a contractor.
I don't know how many of my old friends still work there, but the latest developments around a formerly great US company really are depressing.  To see them come to the government, hat-in-hand, is disgraceful.  The mismanagement and the constant concessions to the unions drove this company into bankruptcy.  Many of the more recent products were definitely competitive with Japanese and European options, but because of the history of poor quality, weren't considered by many consumers.
And now the company is paying.  But more importantly, the American taxpayer is paying.  Through the nose.  For a company that will remain to be run by its union masters, by proxy through the government.

I've purchased my last GM product for my lifetime, until they decide to take back the company from the unions and the government.  So more than likely, the "until" from that statement should just be removed and a period should be inserted.

I've always been kind of a Ford-guy, but apparently, my options have been narrowed to Ford by default, since the other two American car-makers are sucking off the government teat and I have a tough time buying foreign.  Guess my next truck will be an F-150.  Easy enough decision.  Was probably going to be that anyway.

More government waste

Just in case some of you thought that I could complain generally about wasteful government spending but didn't have any direct experience, here's one local example of government stupidity.
In the city of Kalamazoo, MI, the Rickman House, a local homeless facility that currently has the facilities to house 84 homeless folks in order to give them sort of a 'half-way' house to stay in while they get on their feet.  The Rickman isn't a great place, it's an older, run-down building, with the current rooms being 150-200 square feet, but with common areas such as kitchens and bathrooms.
A federal grant, with matching state and local money, all totaled to be around $12.3 million was just given to the Rickman house for renovations.  I'm not a big fan of pouring this amount of money into a building for folks to sit outside of and smoke, panhandle, and be general public nuisances, but if a few people use it as it's intended to be used, to get back on their feet, then their contribution to the local economy will make it worthwhile.  Do the math though, and at 84 people,  that's $146,428 and change per person.  They could buy a house for each of those people and rent it to them for that sort of cost and still have a ton of money left over for maintenance of the house.

Quoting the article at MLIVE:  Officials say the Rickman House plan fits the local 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness, addressing a need for "transitional and supportive housing."

Here's the even bigger rub though:  with the renovations, they will increase the size of the efficiencies to make it only able to house 46 people.  So, let's do the math again:  $267,391 per person.  And somehow this fits the local 10-year plan to end homelessness by making 38 people homeless.

Government logic right there boys and girls.  I can't do it any better than that.

US Federal Government: Inefficient and wasteful even by Soviet standards

The federal government mailed out millions of stimulus checks this spring in a (weak) attempt to get the economy going.  Fortunately for the fraudsters and criminals out there, many of these checks were mailed to dead people.  In Long Island, a woman received a check for her dead husband who died 34 years ago.  Worse yet, he hasn't even been in the US since 1933, when he left to return to his home country of Italy.

And these are the people that many citizens are pushing to be put in charge of our health care??

You think waste, fraud, and abuse is ridiculous now, just wait.

Most ethical administration in history

During the Bush administration, President Bush and VP Cheney were accused of supporting the war in Iraq to further the interests of Haliburton, the company that Cheney worked for prior to accepting the VP spot.  Opponents said that it was profiteering and that the no-bid contracts awarded to Haliburton were pay-offs.  Whether they were or were not, or whether Haliburton was just the only company big enough and with the history to be able to perform the functions that they were being contracted for is really a moot point, since it's over and done with right now.  However, during that time, Dick Cheney never received a dime from that company, nor was his trust, which was locked away and frozen, receive any additional enrichment from these contracts (public record, do the research...I did).  Cheney resigned from his position at Haliburton and also declined long term compensation which he was contractually due, because of the possibility of the mere  appearance of conflict of interest.

That having been said, the new administration, self-titled as the "most ethical and transparent administration in history" will have a Treasury department nominee who will continue to get paid by his former employer, TIAA-CREF, a large financial institution.  Now, theoretically, he could recuse himself from anything that involves TIAA-CREF and remove any appearance of conflict of interest.  But do any of us really believe that even if he isn't involved with the actual activities, that his influence won't be felt?  Really?

But yet, it's the Bush administration that was crooked and corrupt.

And yet, the sheeple just keep whining about petty stupidity.  Back when I was in high school or college, I read somewhere that the magazine with the higest circulation rate was People magazine.  I was shocked to find that if you combined the subscriptions to Time, Newsweek, and US News and World report, it would be about half or 75% of People.  That explains a lot.  Our nation is being stolen out from underneath us and they're reading about whether Lindsay and Samantha can get back together.  Our 'leaders' tell us "you just keep yourself stupid and entertained, we'll protect you and do your thinking for you".

All this hypocrisy makes my head hurt.

Curahee

Pretty inspirational.  The CodePink idiots who came up with Petraus = Betrayus are complete wastes of oxygen.

Watch CBS Videos Online

Are you REALLY surprised? Anyone?

A report from AP (of all people) shows that the people who need the stimulus dollars spent in their areas the most, those areas who have the highest unemployment, are getting the least (or NONE) of the money.  And the areas where unemployment is ridiculously low, are getting all kinds of funds.

Is anyone really surprised at this? Isn't this what the 'pork' fights were all about?  That areas with the most influential congressmen would get the money and it wouldn't get put where it belongs?  That and the whole octupling the size the bill really needed to be.

For example, Elk County PA, where unemployment is in double digits, is getting 0 (that's zero) dollars in federal stimulus funds.  But Riley County KS, where unemployment is 3.4%, is getting $56 million to build a highway, improve an intersection, and restore a historic farmhouse.  Restore a historic farmhouse?  Really?  What the hell does that stimulate?

And what else?  Federal auditors can't track the funds leaving DC.  Am I detecting a theme here?  Auditors can't track the $$ leaving DC to banks and financial insitutions for bailouts, auditors can't track the funds leaving DC for the auto companies, auditors can't track the funds leaving DC for stimulus projects.  But let a dollar be misspent in Iraq and you have headlines for a week.

Most open and transparent administration in history my ass.

Why I will never buy a Chrysler. Ever.

Had the government backed off on their demand that the secured creditors (the people who by law are paid back first during a bankruptcy) take a discounted amount of what they were due, I may have considered it.  But then, to have them not even get an equity share of the company is complete and utter trash.  The UAW gets a 55% share in the company for the forgiveness of a payment owed to their pension fund of $4.6 billion.  The secured creditors get 33 cents on the dollar for $6.9 billion in "secured" loans.

If that's not a political payback for the UAW rounding up votes (dead or alive) for The Chosen One, I don't know what is.  And the fact that the media is portraying the groups that did the lending as speculators is an utter joke.  I guess that's why all the newspapers are failing, they don't bother to investigate anything (unless it's a Republican thing), they just regurgitate whatever pablum The Chosen One spews.

The only good thing is that when Chrysler goes belly up and dies, the UAW will be left with worthless stock.  Hopefully that will be before the government props them up with billions of dollars in new "stimulus".

Are we headed in the right direction?

According to an ABC/Washington Post poll, 50% of the people polled think the country is headed in the right direction, economically. That's up from the 19% that thought the same the week before The Chosen One's inauguration.  You will also notice that in that same time period, the media has focused on postive economic news (what little they could find) and the new 'glimmers of hope' that the Obama team seems to be finding in the dung-heap that used to be called the American economy.

Funny how once it became The Chosen One's economy, the media finds positives, but that really doesn't surprise anyone, does it?  But let's look at the numbers:
Unemployment:  Highest since the Jimmy Carter Recession under Ronald Reagan in 1983.  And those numbers are suspect, since the US Government is hiring a ton of people for the new stimulus work as well as the census.  Those aren't permanent jobs, once the money runs out (or the project in the case of the census) those people are unemployed again.  And the really messed up part of the whole report?  It's being taken as a positive because job losses were slower than expected.  Love that Orwellian doublethink.
Chrysler:  Bankrupt.  Investors/Creditors being picketed by SEIU labor members at the behest of the Obama administration to pressure them into taking a much worse deal than they should.
GM:  Almost bankrupt.  Probably will file bankruptcy when the government rejects their latest recovery plan at the request of the UAW.  The UAW wrote a letter to the government requesting that they reject the plan because it included cutting almost 30,000 union jobs.  No selfishness there.
Federal Reserve:  Trillions of dollars of both on balance sheet transactions and off, that no one really knows who has the money.  Trillions, with a T.

Come on people, get a clue.  Just because the media and The Chosen One tells you that things are getting better, we're suddenly headed in the right direction?  Anyone notice that the Swine Flu turned out to be a non-story in the US about the same time that GM was ready to declare bankruptcy and Chrysler does?  Coincidence?

Obviously I'm preaching to the choir, because if you're here, you're smart enough to know the majority of what I've said here.  But hey, us great minds need to stick together.

I just wonder if the huge layoffs at GM made the swine flu.  No, I don't think that the US government caused the swine flu in Mexico, knowing that the illegal and legal traffic between the two countries could guarantee the spread...I'm crazy, but I'm not that f-ing crazy.
But the complicit media, who would rather take a flaming enema than tell the truth about what's going on in the economy, found this story just in time to ensure that the 20,000 lost jobs at GM, and the 10,000 lost jobs at Chrysler were relegated to the back pages of the newspaper or barely reported on the evening news, in favor of the panic-driven flu story.

Let's be clear, less than 200 people have it in the US.  That doesn't even surpass the number of people who had the 'regular' flu last year in the city of Kalamazoo.  And yes, you can die from the regular flu as well.

And had George W. Bush's administration approved a photo-op with Air Force One flying low and slow next to the Statue of Liberty, accompanied by F-18's, costing the tax-payers $328k, there would have been protests in the streets and calls for investigations.  Anything from the press or dimwitocrats about the chosen one approving this?  *crickets*

Just more evidence that this country is being driven straight to hell by the media who refuses to criticize the leadership which agrees with their agenda.

David Axelrod = dumbass

One of President Obama's closest advisors, David Axelrod called the 'Tea Party' movement "unhealthy" over the weekend.  He said "I think any time you have severe economic conditions there is always an element of disaffection that can mutate into something that's unhealthy".

Unhealthy?  Exercising the first amendment is unhealthy?  Really?  Hmm...

Well, we should take this with a grain of salt of course, since Mr. Axelrod is such a quality person.  Let's look at the some of the other people he's worked for prior to helping President Messiah save the world.

1.  Eliot Spitzer - Axelrod helped the hooker-addict get elected to governor of New York as a campaign advisor.  Nothing unhealthy there..moving along
2.  John Edwards - Axelrod was one of the main consultants on the John Edwards campaign.  He was eventually relieved of his responsibilities of developing advertising, but remained a spokesman.  One wonders if he knew of Mr. Edwards' extra-marital activities....probably not, completely healthy, move on.
3.  ASK services - Axelrod (the A in ASK) was partners in a political consulting/PR company which lobbied (gee, a lobbyist working for the Messiah?  NOOOOO!!!) for companies such as Exelon Corp (a nuclear energy company), AT&T, Cablevision, and ComEd.  Most ethical administration in history?  Check.

Reverend Jeremiah Wright criticized Axelrod about a year ago for being too white.  He said "while he was expert at promoting black candidates with white voters, he did not know much about relating to the black community...They're spiriting him away from people in the African-American community. David doesn't know the African-American church scene".  No word on what Reverend Wright thinks of the first amendment.

So, let me make sure I understand this correctly, Axelrod's opinion is:
  • La Raza organizing protests to support illegal aliens = Good for the country
  • ACORN staging protests and subverting the voter registration process = Good for the country
  • Various liberal groups protesting military actions in the war on terror = Good for the country
  • Code Pink disrupting congress and vandalising Marine Corp recruiting stations = Good for the country
  • People taking to the streets to defend the Constitution and runaway government spending and taxation(Republican OR Democrat) = Unhealthy
Yep, that sounds about like the logic of a dumbass.  Welcome to Dumbassville, Mr. Axelrod, population:  You.
